don't believe that there is a permit from the planning department -- [multiple voices] >> public health has a -- and i believe this might be how it works in general with d-b-i when the get to building permits and whatnot, too. the permit issuing department in this case will be public health and in the case of building permits it's d-b-i, department of building inspection. but they do a referral to the planning department for planning code related issues. and the planning department staff will take a look at it and say, the drawing that you have, you know, shows the kitchen and the window you're going to sell it out of or what have you, and that matches the planning code. so, my understanding is that the planning department -- i can double-check this, but they're not issuing a permit, but they're referred by the permit issue lending department. >> again, if there was a permit, if there was a planning permit of some sort, the fee would be higher. >> the cfo permit comes from the health -- [multiple voices] >> the cottage food operation -- >> it's permitted through the department of

the policies themselves don't comply with the new mandates from the feds. so they have to cancel. president obama knew that would happen and he actually wants it to happen. because it forces americans into the obamacare exchanges to get new policies, many of which are more expensive. remember, remember. the goal of president obama and the democratic party is for the government to control the entire healthcare industry. that's called the single pair system. if -- single payer system. if private insurance companies get out of the healthcare business the feds take on more power and will eventually run the entire show setting premium rates and dictating prices for medical services. but the president will never tell us any of that. now, the latest poll on obamacare from george washington university says 53% of americans now oppose it 43% approve. so most americans are finally wising up to the quasisocialistic agenda of the democratic party. now, my analysis is not ideological. in fact, as you may know, i think some right wing idealogues are actually helping president obama by attacking him perso

block where the other two are. i don't think many makes a lot of sense. i don't think it's reasonable to expect while access is limited in many parts of san francisco, that we create more places for mcd's to come in a particular may neighborhood where there's already numerous mcd's. i am interested in increasing access and that's why i have my /s*epbt piece of ledge /shraeubgs moving forward so we can have that before us and direct the planning department to go guard with an actual study of how mcd's can be cited in the future. with those recommendations i'll be coming forward to the full board and this committee again with legislation that will have a broader set of regulations so we wouldn't see certain neighborhoods be the ones that are going to be receiving mcd's in the future. that to me is about increasing access and what i want to be able to do moving forward. but it'll take cooperation with my colleagues and i need to make sure my colleagues are making sure they're keeping all mcd's in their neighborhoods and being satisfied with their neighborhoods like parts of south of an

analysis is speculative. maybe mr. obama did read the entire 974 page law. but i don't think he did because that's not the way he rolls. to use a current expression. but in the end it really doesn't matter, does it? americans were mislead, obamacare at this point is chaotic and most of us will have to pay more to protect ourselves and our family. that's not going away. finally, the president's ardent supporters continue to defend him and some of the rationalizations are actually amusing. on television the more the apologists rant the lower their ratings go. nobody is buying. this talking points fully expects to hear that the malfunctioning computers are racists or something. that's how insane this whole thing has become. right now, there are a number of pieces of legislation in the senate and in the house that would delay obamacare. that's the best solution? president obama should give the country a break. fix what's broken and level with the folks. if obamacare really is best for most americans, most americans will come to that understanding. but right now it isn't. and the whole thing has
